Warranty Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026 · www.ininum.com This Warranty Policy applies to ININUM Personal Fragrance Devices ("Device") purchased through official ININUM channels, including www.ininum.com. 01 Who This Applies To This warranty is provided by: M33 d.o.o. · Ulica Jožeta Jame 12, 1210 Ljubljana–Šentvid, Slovenia Support: support@ininum.com This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of an ININUM Device through an authorized ININUM channel. 02 Limited Warranty Period 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. M33 d.o.o. warrants that the ININUM Device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the warranty period. 03 What Is Covered Covered: Electronic malfunction not caused by misuse or external damage Battery defects affecting normal performance Charging or power-related failures under normal use Structural defects in materials or assembly Device not functioning upon arrival Manufacturing defects in workmanship Not Covered: Impact, crushing, or dropping damage Liquid exposure or submersion Cosmetic wear Battery aging from normal use Unauthorized repair or modification Damage from incompatible chargers or accessories Use outside intended conditions Purchases from unauthorized sellers 04 What Is Not Covered — Detail The warranty does not cover damage resulting from impact, dropping, crushing, liquid exposure, incompatible accessories, unauthorized repair, tampering, disassembly, modification, or use outside product documentation. 05 Fragrance PODs and Consumables Fragrance PODs are consumable products and are not covered under the Device limited warranty. 06 How to Make a Warranty Claim Email support@ininum.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim.
