Returns — General Rules
You must contact us first at support@ininum.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or not eligible for refund.

Return Windows
Device — Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Fragrance PODs (unopened only) — Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items
Unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage on arrival, or our fulfillment error, returned items must generally be unused or only minimally handled as reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
Opened fragrance PODs, used fragrance consumables, final sale items, and items specifically marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return except where required by law.

Device Returns
If you wish to return an ININUM device within the 30-day return window, you must contact us first for return instructions.

POD Returns
Unopened PODs may be eligible for return only if approved by us and returned in acceptable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a verified defect, or damage on arrival, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
