We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, failed delivery, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect address details. 08 Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages If your package appears lost in transit, please contact support@ininum.com and we will review the issue with you. 09 Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or materially incorrect, please contact support@ininum.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. 10 Returns — General Rules You must contact us first at support@ininum.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or not eligible for refund. 11 Return Windows Device — Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
